This presentation looks at the various steps involved in a successful job search with an emphasis on utilizing a series of worksheets provided in Paul Cecala’s latest book, “Take Control of Your Job Search.” Using project management principles, Paul has identified a series of milestones (major objectives) and daily and weekly goals (metrics) to accomplish in a job search. With each milestone are several worksheets that guide the job seeker through the process of landing a job. Paul Cecala, a certified Global Career Development Facilitator, corporate trainer, and published author of 2 books, has been coaching since 1999 and assisted over 4000 people in either changing careers or starting their professional lives. Paul’s clients praise his expertise in project planning a job search, networking, and securing offers from the interview. He is known for his listening skills and practical, pragmatic, and tactical coaching style.
