Paul Cecala, a certified Global Career Development Facilitator, corporate trainer, and published author of 2 books, has been coaching since 1999 and has assisted over 4000 people in either changing careers or starting their professional lives. He has worked for several post-secondary career schools as Director of Career Services specializing in Biotech/Pharmaceutical careers, Green Economy jobs, aviation, allied health, IT, and general administrative professions.
