During this session we will explore the rapid changes in the market and how these changes have impacted the job seeker. Deb Krawiec, National Certified Counselor (NCC), is the founder of Arrow Career Consulting, LLC and is an insightful Career Consultant and Counselor. She has coached clients from a wide variety of industries and brings to her consulting sessions not only a knowledge of job search strategies, but an understanding of the business world. With over twenty years of experience Deb continues to remain passionate about helping her clients manage the experience of job loss, while guiding them through their journey to find their next opportunity. Previous to starting her own consulting practice in 2016, Deb worked within the outplacement industry for 17 years, primarily for the premier outplacement firm Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH), where she last held the position of Vice President/Career Coach.
