This is no different than what is required of us in our work world. Knowing what industries are growing, skills to invest in and especially how to manage and incorporate AI in your job search is the challenges of 2026. During this session we will explore the rapid changes in the market and how these changes have impacted the job seeker. Deb Krawiec, National Certified Counselor (NCC), is the founder of Arrow Career Consulting, LLC and is an insightful Career Consultant and Counselor. She has coached clients from a wide variety of industries and brings to her consulting sessions not only a knowledge of job search strategies, but an understanding of the business world. With over twenty years of experience Deb continues to remain passionate about helping her clients manage the experience of job loss, while guiding them through their journey to find their next opportunity. Previous to starting her own consulting practice in 2016, Deb worked within the outplacement industry for 17 years, primarily for the premier outplacement firm Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH), where she last held the position of Vice President/Career Coach. Today she continues to affiliate herself with one of the top outplacement firms, Randstad RiseSmart. Deb holds a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University and a Bachelor’s Degree from UConn. She is a CAPT Qualified Administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and has extensive experience in working with a number of career assessments. Using a strengths-based lens, participants move beyond generic answers to clearly show who they are, what makes them unique, and how they’ve achieved results - gaining a powerful, natural language for interviews that truly reflects their talents. Together we show how describing your natural talents lead to success through reviewing common interview questions and displaying answers that align with the Clifton Strengths Domains. Heather Kay has been an HR professional for over 20 years, focusing on how to elevate others as they achieve success others through learning & development and talent management programs. She has worked in numerous industries such as security, healthcare, insurance, and education. Heather is a Gallup-certified Strengths-based Coach, which is where she spends most of her time coaching and facilitating workshops for teams and organizations.
