The Strengths-based philosophy focuses on what you naturally do well so that you can continue to perform at your best. Who doesn’t want to do their best work? When you are in transition, it can be hard to showcase your strengths. For one, you may not be aware of them, or you may not be able to describe them in a way that fully demonstrates how you have utilized them. Typically, it is simply hard to find a way to work them into conversation.
