Marybeth Gallagher Cale has spent over twenty years managing communications programs and providing professional development services. She has held a number of board leadership positions, and has built and managed two successful businesses of her own: Cale Communications and Estuary Leadership. A graduate of St. Mary’s College of Maryland, she’s a Citizen of the Year Award winner, Top 40 Under 40 Award Winner, Service Above Self Award Winner, and a certified life coach (Institute for Life Coach Training) who specializes in personal and executive coaching. Marybeth is a contributing writer for Thrive Global, a writer and the co-publisher of Living Rhinebeck magazine, and is passionate about empowering clients with the tools needed to communicate and connect with confidence.
