Nowadays video interviewing has become rather common practice.
This radical change from the past, where the final interviews were conducted in person, begs the question for how to establish rapport with the interviewer. This presentation helps candidates prepare for video interviews and provides tips that assist candidates in establishing rapport and presenting themselves in the best manner.
During this session, you will:

• Understand how to manage the technical aspect of video communication such as lighting, background, positioning of the camera, the use of headset and the like.
• Learn general do's and don'ts when it comes to wardrobe selection best suited for video. Learn about reading and interpreting body language, and overall demeanor.
• Your body language may qualify—or disqualify—you for a position. If you’re like most people, you probably spend hours preparing for interview questions and answers, and no time on how to communicate most effectively, yet body language is the most significant factor in influencing and establishing positive rapport with the interviewer. It determines how the interviewer makes judgments and decisions about you.

Alex Freund will show you smart body language techniques to establish positive rapport and how to align your verbal and body language cues for achieving powerful, clear, and concise communication for video interviews.
