And yet…we seem to feel overwhelmed and at times even lack the ability to get these great initiatives off the ground. We find ourselves daydreaming about our visions - you know, that one big thing that could change the direction of your life - and we struggle with what to do next.

You are not alone! Resistance, fear, doubt and confusion can show up for any of us at any time, especially in a world where things are changing rapidly around us. Nonetheless, our goals and dreams matter! We have unique gifts and talents that the world needs and is waiting for. So, it is time to move from resistance to receptive and develop a stronger sense of self awareness and empowerment.
